Last updated: October 2026

Convincevisiting Tree Service wants every homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Convincevisiting Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work at your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Convincevisiting Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@convincevisiting.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
